• Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
• Verification Data: Identity documents (processed via secure third-party verification providers; MyPacer Pty Ltd does not store full ID documents on its own servers).
• Profile Data: Running history, achievements, and profile images.
• Location Data: We collect location data to help you find Pacers in your area (e.g., Brisbane, Gold Coast).
• Payment Data: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our systems.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To facilitate and confirm bookings between Runners and Pacers.
• To verify user identities for the safety of the MyPacer community.
• To communicate booking updates and platform news.
• To improve the Service and user experience.

3. DATA SHARING

• With other Users: When a booking is confirmed, your name and meeting location are shared with the relevant party to facilitate the run.
• With Service Providers: We share data with Stripe (payments) and our verification partners.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

4. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the app settings or by contacting us directly at josh@mypacer.app.
